sorry for the lowest iq i ever posted, but my brain is melted rn and i was trying to get my hair back, i got so fucking much dandruff and my hair is tinner than a shrimp dick, and is falling asf, im using this anti dandruff shampoo but is expensive asf, need serius help

Basically, your thread was kind of telling people to take aspirin and use a dermaroller but i was seeing that the less i exercise and thicker my blood become, more hair falls and stress uprise

Aspirin yea decreases blood thickness, but you can decrease it easier by using chamomile tea

idk if you use something for gym like testosterone or other shi, also stop using it

also eggs + sunflower oil hairmask increases hair health

you can even add chamomile tea to ts mask to increase anti dandruff effect

and dermaroller creates scars so it really bad for hairs and skin in general
