Anyone did an Otoplasty?

Im unsure how ears effect harmony, they mostly have a more negative impact than a positive one, they either failo you and rape harmony if big and protuded - or do nothing.

Tho when i put my ears back, my face seems to be much wider and uncanny, even IPD and zygos now look diffrent. So im afraid otoplasty wouldnt be a looksmax

I think a slight vertical tilt looks more aesthetic than straightish ears.

All examples look undeniably better after otoplasty. I think the distortions are in your head.

You can visibly see that their ratios and faces are perceived diffrent after otoplasty. Ears have an huge impact, they might be better looking afterwards tho some are still unideal results.

Im trying to decide what the ideal is.

This guy looks obviously less freaky with normal ears, but the before-Face actually appears to be more well defined

Thats because on the before he looked up and stretched skin, after he looked straight.

my dear friend, otoplasty is one of the easiest and most effectives looksmaxes around because this surgery addresses a specific measureable failo, just like double jaw surgery for recessed men.

He just grew out of it, his ears still look a bit prominent. Gandy and chico kinda have them as well
