Know Its not sustainable just want to challenge myself. I ate 1750 calories after a 2 hour session of swimming/lifting/running and then BJJ
If I did that a few months ago i'd probably be tapped out for a few days but the next day I got up and felt amazing
How bad will this be? Or Will it make me shredded as fuck? Normally been eating 2500-2750
