took me a whole week to find out my maintenance calories by eating normally then dividing by 7. My intense calories is 2900 and i’m gonna go into a 400-500 deficit so im still at a safe amount to not stunt my growth and still lose 3-4 pounds a month. Will post progress pics even tho i bet most of you guys don’t care lol this is mostly for myself
