Occasionally see him in lists of good eu aesthetic bimax surgeons but cant find many accounts...
Im really hoping there is a raffaini/sailer tier surgeon out there that will charge less than 30k for bimax+genio. most bimax with local nobodies in most of europe are less than 10k and in france less than 5k, i dont see why i cant find a hidden gem that still has a very good aesthetic eye but hasn't been able to jack up their prices because of free marketing from incel sites like alfaro/raffaini etc. yes ill pay however much is needed but there exists the possibility of paying 25-50% of what I might I will really look into that
