Like laser skin resurfacing, scar treatment, peeling etc.?

I've already done 3 sessions of acne scar treatment with laser and almost eliminated all my scars. Next I'm going to try other ways to make my skin look smoother / cleaner.

I've had septoplasty for deviated septum 1 week ago. It was for medical reasons, better nose breathing etc, but my nose got more even somewhat. Other than that I had laser eye surgery, thats also not strictly cosmetic i guess
