Anyone else abuse nutmeg?

I know it's a bit of a cringe teenager drug but I always liked it for some reason. Don't take nearly as much as I used, but I snort it sometimes. Gets me all sedated and energized while also being a bit psychotropic in that it's a deliriant.

Always remember to drink water if you ever gonna do it!

I've heard of the soccer trick

I'm talking about the spice. Ground it up, put it into dishes, coffee, eggnog. Has a pleasant aroma and psychoactive at doses of several grams. As little as one gram has antidepressant and aphrodisiac effects. Can reduce pain and improve sleep. Many uses. Important not to take too much though, as that can cause nausea and extreme dehydration.
