GMO's, Vaccine's, antibiotics, retinols, sunblock (low vitamin D leads to autoimmunity in some cases)

My auto immune issue (Lichen Planopilaris) was first ever seen in the 1960's, and now it's seen way more. Really makes me wonder what causes it

I'm going to try blue light if my medication doesn't work, apparantly red is not good for this disease
