Like I have almost no brachy traits besides wide overall head. My zygos are not wide, fwhr is normal, tfwhr is normal, good forward growth, longish nose, rounded meso occiput, good skull height, perfect esr, gonial angle on the higher end of average, and 4 finger forehead.
However, my temples bulge out and make my head look like a lightbulb, which also makes my cephalic index read brachy. When my forehead isn’t covered my face looks wider due to the excessive forehead width. It’s like I was meant to be meso but the top of my head just decided to swell for some reason jfl. My masseters are also hypertrophied, idk if this is correlated.
Would temporal Botox be a good fix until I can afford temporal reduction surgery? I’ve heard it can make your facial expressions look retarded but idk there’s not much info on google
