There is literally no possible way to chew and train the masseter muscles without activating the buccinator muscles in the cheeks
Yes chewing widens the bigonial width but the buccinators are going to be bloated all of the time if you chew consistently.
MY chewing results only started to look good after 3 whole weeks of stopping chewing, it literally took 3 entire weeks for the bloated buccinators to atrophy and become flat again.
TLDR there is no way to chew without causing your face to look bloated
and masseter results will diminish after a couple of months anyways
