Been out of work for a bit now, decided to start applying again. Must've sent out at least 100 applications this past week, and day by day they're all coming back in my email on about some bs like "we regret to inform you
", minimum wage + entry level jobs btw. Niggas want harvard graduates putting fries in bags. I be looking around and I see mfs making big money through the most despicable of means, I tell myself "no I'm not like that" and try to make an honest living just for these mfs to play in my face and God throw me sign after sign saying "shoulda hit the trap lil nigger".
Also nepotism is so huge where I live, a good 25% of the places I end up applying to only be hiring family or applicants who share the same ethnic origin as the employer, fucking ridiculous.
I also think its just NT privilege for why some of the most incapable/incompetent mfs Ik have had such a breeze tryna find work, but my mega-ND ahh can't catch a break even after thoroughly NT-maxxing. I absolutely loose my shit when someone tells me "muh its prob ur CV
" because I stg I seen a nigga type his name into google docs, put down his address and number and interests, no formatting whatsoever just plain Arial 11pt, not even Bold letters or headings, and this same trog lands multiple jobs before me
