Anyone else can't have friends that are girls due to looks?

I have a girlfriend but I feel like I can't really have friends that a girls because they'll like me. Like girls aren't friends with guys they find attractive, and if they are, then they want to get with the guy. I avoid trying to make friend with girls cuz they'll just like me and I don't want that. Legit every girl I've been even slightly friends with has liked me it sucks.
