Took a 5 month t break and ever since I can’t take maybe more than 3 hits of a j without tripping the fuck out

Was with my homie and 4 girls and they had a j so I took like 10 hits trying to look cool and completely started tripping, Went mute and just didn’t know what to do with myself couldn’t think at all just full blown paranoia

They were all disgusting so idrc that much
