Anyone else dislike human touch in general?

Like whenever someone touches me without me expecting it I really hate it. My friend went to pat me on the shoulder and I accidentally punched him.

I have done this with girls too I really just have a spasm when people touch me I like cuddling with girls but I don't like being surprised. Hugs with family members always make me feel super weird
