i woke up to dog whining around 5pm then my stomach started hurting so bad i wanted to throw up, i ran to bathroom almost fainted on my way there then my asshole exploded and i was gettin so sweaty i had to remove my clothes i felt like throwing up on the floor when i was on toilet

It usually happens when you eat too much before going to sleep. I have had this issue for decades until I realized that one just shouldn't eat big meals like pizza or anything during the last 5 or 6 hours. Ideally you eat a piece of bread 4 hours before you go to sleep then stop eating. If your stomach is empty it will let you sleep nicely.
