Anyone else experienced medical neglect from parents?

yes they deny that most of my medical issues are even real, saying im self diagnosing

I had allergic rhinitis and my parents never did anything about it. I went to the doctor myself when I was 18 and got a spray that fixed it. Also was very short-sighted and again they did nothing about it. I could never see the board at school. I got myself glasses and contacts when I was 18.

Yeah i'm suprised my parents couldn't catch onto the fact that i'm tism and adhd from countless meetings with teachers. the retards were biased and thought adhd + tism meant retard
