Anyone else feel like a mentally stunted 15/16 year old?

I’m 20, khhv. Never been to a real party like a house party. Went to one festival once on vacation. Never do anything. Don’t have a social life just a few non NT friends.

The last few years went by so fast since I did nothing really. I still feel like I’m 15-16 years old. If I were to talk to normies my age it would be like we’re from completely different worlds. Shit makes me so depressed.

Can anyone else relate to this feeling?

In some ways yes, in some ways no.

I think I am more contemplative, less ego, more wise, etc. But I still am stunted emotionally I think.

This tbh no matter how much I looksmax or improve I will never be able to catch up to normies or their life expirences.

Every time I get hopeful and I start thinking that I can catch up only to realize just how impossible that is.

Ive progressed a bit these last years tbh. Went from mentally stunted 16yo at 23yo to a mentally stunted 20yo at 25yo. Not over yet
