Nothing necessarily bad in my life i hang out with friends every day and i got a decent sex life i just feel really insecure about everything sometimes and i overthink and screw myself over cuz i start ghosting people so i don’t have to talk to anyone and i just feel really lonely even though i always have people with me and i just can’t find pleasure in anything i do

I just don’t feel like i really have anyone that’s there for me
