It’s psychologically unexplainable cause the mind goes nil. You seem everything under a nilhistic view. All of it just becomes very numb in your head, your body’s having zero cortisol. You aren’t thinking…anything.
This happens like 2x a week and stays just like that for like 5-10 good minutes. Many times I’ve tried snapping out and it did not. Sometimes happens during paramount moments too like giving a presentation in front of the class, simply driving to the gym, while sitting in an important room where I should be attentive but most of the times it occurs while I am lying on my bed. These 5-10
good minutes becomes the loneliest time ever, it feels like I’ve got no one (which isn’t really true) at all and got nothing worth to do (which isn’t true at all). It’s happening rn as we speak, so I thought typing ts out might help.
