I never bath just shower, and I haven't done so in a few weeks since I've been in a bad mood plan on doing so tonight though! And yeah showering gives structure and is quite relaxing

Taking a bath is important ..obviously ..when I take bath , I instantly feel more alive ..

Which also reminds me I haven't brushed my teeth for 6 months ..my breath smells different everyday depending on the food I eat ..
