Anyone else get stretch marks on the back? Is this only for taller people?

I remember in lockdown I was around 14 and I got these really large purple stretch marks. Only 1 other person I know has got them and hes 6 foot. Im 6'3. They look a bit like this now

it's because your spine is fucking extending upward so it's just pulling on all that skin too quickly, and also your ribcage and soft tissue is growing horizontally rapidly.

Im 5,9 and had some for a year or 2 along my low back at the edges of my hips,

my friend has them, i have never had them because i have never had a major growth spurt, i have grown consistently 2-3 inches a year
