Im leanmaxxing and dont eat untill 4 pm im getting really angry all the time

when i used to start my 24 hour water fasts, they were hard.

now they get easier over time, and i look forward to them

i'm taking rybelsus so I simply feel no hunger, it's easy to forget to eat I have to take care to not eat 0 cals and nuke my body
