It is pretty bad but you would probably only get this if you hate having it cause you obsess over it and think about it. It sucks because you just wanna be present and in the moment but every thing feels blurry and fake

It feels like I skipped an entire year deadass

then i just feel i was high and started to see everything like if i was on weed but not in slow motion

It's derealization, goes away naturally in maybe like a week. It only comes from constant use

You’re probably just disassociating if you were doing drugs previously, it goes away but you need to stop using until then
