Recently tried drinking a few sweet beers when i went clubbing. The effect was really good...it made me relax and let loose of fear and negative thoughts.
The big problem was that i got heart fluttering/racing and arrythmias when i went home and sleep. I felt poisoned, weak, shaky and it was really unpleasant. I was not even really drunk. Just 3-5 beers.
Is phenibut a legit alternative? I already tried 80mg of F-phenibut, but with zero effects.
