running is very hard on my shins, i have mild flatfoot.

I have chronic low appettite but still feel hungry in the stomach. I have normal levels of physical hunger but very low levels of psychological hunger/no desire to eat. Often times I have to force myself to eat something just so I'm able to fall asleep. Even the most delicious junk good I have to force often
