I’m posting this in offtopic cuz no one uses the fitness section anymore, it says it has like only 7k posts but anyways
I hate going to failure on pull day because you could still get out like 10 half reps before official failure which is just unnecessary cardio and strain. Meanwhile push day is good because when doing exercises where your pushing outwards you can’t really squeeze out half reps so it’s easy to know if you actually went to failure.
Anyone else agree?
