Anyone else have a daily rep limit

I have a daily rep limit lmfaoo I can only rep maybe 20-30 times per day until It wont let me rep. is this just a grey thing or how do I get rid of this?

i think its unlocked when youre blue, not sure i havent seen that rep limit ever since i went from grey to blue
