I think have a reverse sleeper build because I get people saying I’m jacked pretty regularly and but my lifts are shit and my physique is kinda ass shirtless. And its not me not being lean enough, I’m at like 15% ish rn although i store most of it around my abdomen/love handles which sucks ass
I think its bc I have a massive ribcage so my chest looks huge in a shirt without even flexing but it doesn’t really look that aesthetic shirtless. I lowk just lie about my lifts to everyone because they’d believe like double what they actually are.
I look at people like yotalks (if any of you have heard of him) who looks tiny compared to me at a similar body fat but utterly mogs me in all of my lifts and I just don’t get it. I don’t think its as simple as type I vs II fibres too.
