I did this when I was younger but not directly with a pen or knife, I would usually punch the wall really hard until I couldnt do it anymore or kick something until my foot hurt jfl

lol i stabbed myself with a pen hard b4 but realised it was just to show off to my friends. Anyway sometimes when I get mad af i just punch a wall hard until my knuckles all get red and some get purple.

before i used to punch myself in the head, i guess that would be related here since i did that due to hating myself.
