I used to be like this at 17-20, would fight and threaten my dad, destroy furniture, etc, now I have learnt to attain relative peace of mind. I don’t seek out negative stuff anymore, etc

When I get even a bit frustrated my face goes red, my hair becomes uncomfortable and way too much

I just throw chairs or something or hit something

I don't usually get angry though, usually this happens when I can't read a map and get lost
