Does anyone else here have insomnia?
I cant ever fall asleep at night and ill go 2 to 3 days without sleep often
Its rough as fuck

Ill buy sum trazadone and Lemborexant eventually, if you guys suffer from it look into daridorexant and seltorexant too

At least im tired enough to sleep through school but it gets me in trouble a lot

Valerian root extract and GB-115 can also be good, i wouldnt use GB a lot tho just for deep sleep

Also even if ur not an insomniac 1-3mg of melatonin sublingually is good for your circadian rhythm

Look into Trazadone, its not as good as lembo but its cheap likr 15 cents a pill
Just dont mess up the dose bc if seratonin syndrome n shiet

I don't know the issue ngl, I havent gone to a doctor
The only think ive taken thats made me sleep was a melatonin megadose but I dont reccomend it
Lemborexant and trazodone are gonna be our saviors
Its like 80 cents and 15 cents a pill respectively
Traz is worse tho
