For me too, the only solution is to stop reacting; you obey them, but you don't engage in conversation with them. It’s like when your dad stops talking to you instead of hitting you when you’ve done something wrong.

I don't obey shit, i just act like I agree with them if they say some bs to not start an argument because it always ends up spiking my cortisol
