Anyone else have N24 Disorder?

Shitty fucking NEET tier disorder, that typically only develops in fucking blind people because they can't see fucking light.

Basically if your body is out of sync with light for a long ass time (that's the extremely low IQ way of putting it), you can develop a disorder called N24, and what that is, is your circadian rhythm (your sleeping/getting up internal clock) is synced to something that is not 24 hours, typically is longer than 24 hours, so you typically end up staying up and going to sleep later and later a bit everyday, and end up having weeks where you're getting up at night, and going to sleep in the day, or vice versa.

I have been like this for like 4-5 years at this point because I stayed indoors for years with my curtains completely closed in a way that allowed for no light to come in. Shit is bad lol, can fuck up your job, relationships, schedules, you name it, shit is technically a disability too, every fix for it seems aids.

wait so basically how in the summer i sleep from 5AM to 1PM and i have to completely reset for school?

Well, I'm not blind but this has been the case for me for the past 2-3 years. The only thing that sets me on a 24-hour cycle is school or work.

Only true way to fix is just going out, exercising more during day, sleeping a bit earlier, then waking up at a consistent time

I always had weird sleeping schedule. So i guess i have had this syndrome since teenager, especially during weekends and holidays.

Just get early morning (6:45-8:30) UV-A consistently and boom your problem is fixed. UV-B tunes the Circadian Rhythm less then UV-A
UV-A is also required for proper dopaminergic cycling.
Early and very late Red Light (when the sun is at a very low latitude and appears almost red/orange) also has unique physiological effects.
 
Yeah I used to. Stayed up until 8 am even 10 am. Would wake up at 6 pm the next day. Then stay up until 8 or 9 again. This also resulted in sleep paralysis which would often happen. I would play video games this entire time and cheat and hack the game to piss players off. Just imagine a typical neckbeard eating Doritos and Mountain Dew in his moms basement — that’s me.

It happens due to not being tired, if you were forced to work in a gulag camp for 10 hours with no rest you would sleep like a baby, you'd fall asleep in 5 mins. I had this when i played WoW for days and not do shit. When i started working as a construction worker assistant over summer (side job during school holidays) i would be so tired from all the manual labor (carrying shit around) that i just fell on bed and went to sleep instantly.

Nah, I still have this no matter how much manual labour I do my body adapts to it. It makes life extremely difficult.

I have this disorder and I’m pretty sure being a depressed incel makes it worse, speaking from my experience of when I’m not incel. Being a high testosterone porn addicted Cumbrain also makes it worse.

I’m undiagnosed but it fucks up your life. And I didn’t even know it had a name until now.

I also am addicted to reading information online it’s ruined my life

I have it because my chink eyes are too small for light to enter so I can't sync my circadian rhythm

I doubt that would work, light therapy and all that other shit did nothing, but I'm trying out a few supplements right now
