Shitty fucking NEET tier disorder, that typically only develops in fucking blind people because they can't see fucking light.
Basically if your body is out of sync with light for a long ass time (that's the extremely low IQ way of putting it), you can develop a disorder called N24, and what that is, is your circadian rhythm (your sleeping/getting up internal clock) is synced to something that is not 24 hours, typically is longer than 24 hours, so you typically end up staying up and going to sleep later and later a bit everyday, and end up having weeks where you're getting up at night, and going to sleep in the day, or vice versa.
I have been like this for like 4-5 years at this point because I stayed indoors for years with my curtains completely closed in a way that allowed for no light to come in. Shit is bad lol, can fuck up your job, relationships, schedules, you name it, shit is technically a disability too, every fix for it seems aids.
