Anyone else have people try to convince you that you're a different height

So I'm 5'9. I'm comfortable with that and have never lied about it. Whenever I tell people that they always say that I'm definitely taller than that or that I might even be 6 feet. I've been measured multiple times, and also compared to my friends I'm visibly short and skinny so it shouldn't be that surprising. Idk

Kinda, but not enough to lie about it. And the fact that this happens so often makes me feel much less bad about it because they're basically implying that I seem tall
