My balls are quite sensitive and hurt when I sit in my bed or when my pants are a little to tight. Even lying down on my side sometimes hurts as they feel squeezed together from the weight of my top leg.
Bare contact with clothes is a little painful sometimes. Especially when I haven't fapped for a while or get aroused easily.
My right ball seems to be affected a lot more than the left one.
