I don’t like it it’s annoying sometimes scary like a nightmare I think I’m even awake sometimes but it comes back to haunt me. I can’t fix it even ( my sleep schedule) I tried all methods

Yeah they do it to survive there is a trick, you imagine a strong beam of light from your body going up and focusing on pure love next thing you know you will be in controll of the dream and flying in the skies

Yeah they do it to survive there is a trick, you imagine a strong beam of light from your body going up and focusing on pure love next thing you know you will be in controll of the dream and flying in the skies

Ngl bro to me lucid dreams seem super uncanny and always end without getting what I want, I’d rather delusionally live in my dream than be lucid. Thanks for the tip tho

no, they used to be shadows but now it's just one entity that always stands in a corner, it doesn't raise my heart rate or anything anymore, nothing ever happens it's just annoying.
