Yeah but my T is naturally high. It's only artificially low due to spironolactone use. Plus I only started using T blockers when I was 29.

You don't need to lower test to keep your hair, you only need to lower dht. Sometimes you might have non existent levels of dht and still bald. Lower dht then is pretty much suicide. Get your hormones checked by a doc before doing things like these and ask for his guidance.
