Anyone else hyperfixate on everything?

I think I have ADHD or something because I have a dopamine based hyperfixation but it's on basically everything at the same time and it's all linked together

Nah it's definitely the same feeling as a normal hyperfocus but everything is interconnected so it's everything at once. I got worried earlier cuz I was working on my novel and I was getting a bit too into it and I was scared I was gonna hyperfixate on just that but I'm back to normal now I'm doing some shadow boxing

I can share my entire plot if you like in DMs but it's a technological sci fi thriller about an MMA fighter.

Oh wow, I understand. I myself am not religious as such but I do believe in a higher power. I refuse to believe this life and existence was created from nothing and spawned. But I don't get how a devine being could merely appear in existence too. Life's so baffling.
