I could watch TV/go online for 12+ hours but also do an hour of intense exercise on the same day, outside the gym I barely even walk

I do the same mostly nowadays. LDAR all day, then go for a 2 hour full-body workout while keeping my calories and macro's in check and going through my skincare routine every day.
