yeah plus when you actually undergo surgery you can claim those changes were from losing weight, and ppl can't tell because they've never seen you lean

i think that's the logic of those insane gymcels with shit faces. it's just that it's "just 3 kg more of muscle mass/3 kg more i can lift and then i'll start slaying" in their case
