Anyone else look subhuman in the morning

My face is like puffy and red, eyes look shit hair is all fucked and greasy and looks horrible cuz of my hairline. I only start looking decent an hour or 2 after I shower. I never have girls stay the night cuz they might wake up thinking I've drugged and raped them

sometimes i can't believe i've been telling myself i'm not ugly my entire life, sometimes my first thought is "i can't possibly be this lucky"

haven't really connected it to sleep quality, nutrition and drinking in the previous period, the difference seems random

Same here. showering in the morning and drinking water immediately is what I do to fix it
