"Im gonna have maaaaany surgeries, as many as it takes, then i will be a new persona adn my itis will LOVE me" and they never even do 1 surgery. they just make a 1000 threads about what procedures they will do, using pics for reference, arguing over which doctor is the best, asking for ways to reduce recovery time etc

they will make excel spreadsheet with all the surgeries and surgeons they would want to do work on their faces.
