Anyone else make random sounds with your mouth as a neurotic tic?

I will randomly
- sniff really loudly for no reason
- cough when I don’t need to
- clear my throat loudly when my throat is clear
- low effort beatbox
- say AAAAAAAA or curse

I do it to relieve stress bursting out of my body every waking moment. Over?
