when i was in school and would walk in from the cold outside after like 5 mins in the warm classroom i would start shivering / almost orgasming / random jolts

i feel like i was the only one that was like this

I’m the same I can’t ever shower with cold water (missing on cold shower maxxing ) but when I was on SSRI Paxil it nuked my cortisol to where I can take cold showers and withstand cold weather to a certain degree jfl
