I know collagen protein is just gelaton etc, always thought it was bs and I was only taking 18g a day. Was just taking it cause easy protein
but I took 2 scoops yesterday 47g protein total and imidiantly noticed a difference in my skin 1-2 hours after taking it.
but it didn’t last long, the effect only lasted for like 5-7 hours max
I naturally take 200g protein everyday. What would happen if i swapped out 80% of my protein for collagen peptides protein?
