Anyone else seems to be waking up a little bit before the alarm you've set?

Few mornings back I even woke at such precision that it made me shook. As my dream ended, last thing I saw was a digital clock like this down below with time 9:56, and as I reach for my phone literally a minute later, the time is 9:57.

I got up in the army every day the same time, but now my schedule isn't like that anymore. I wake up at random times, depending on schedule.
