Anyone else still have abs even when they're fat?

I'm not saying they're like ripped defined abs, but you can plainly see my muscle bellies through my stomach fat/gut no matter how fat I seem to get. Anyone else?

I also have insane forearm and shoulder and even chest vascularity despite being 25% bodyfat.
