Anyone else struggling with becoming truly blackpilled?

Today some HTBs stood near me on the train and I got slightly nervous. Then I reminded myself that I'm not on their sexual radar at all, even if I had completely maxxed out game, so I became less nervous but still a little worked up.

I'm trying to become blackpilled to the point where zero cortisol is induced through the entire process

This is irrational though.

A) If you dont pass their looks threshold theres nothing you can do, its inevitable that you wont end up fucking them. You already know the outcome so why get anxiety over it?
B) Just based on sheer physicality, you could probably beat them up
