Anyone else sweat extreme amounts easily? (Hyperhydrosis)

Just went to the doctor a week ago and he’s confirmed I have it. I always knew I had it and have always been extremely insecure about it. I never shake anyone’s hands, always have to wipe my hands every 10 seconds, have trouble writing in class before my paper gets soaked. It’s so fucked and I haven’t seen anyone talk about it. Not to mention in PE even a simple 1 mile run gets me super sweaty.

Someone in my secondary school years ago had this so bad that during exams, he would sweat all over the paper and smudge his pen writing. They had to provide him a pencil during school, but I have no idea how he did in exams as you had to write in pen only.

Shaking his hands was disgusting and it felt like he had been jacking his cock in the bathroom for 2hrs before you shook his hand. You could audibly hear a squelch.

Yeah I stopped experiencing this when I graduated highschool.
Probably induced by extreme anxiety.
