Lately I've been toying with different teas for improving my looks.

Here's my current stack:

  1. Morning, Green Tea:
    • Contains EGCG antioxidants, polyphenols, mild caffeine
    • Benefits from these:
      • Clearer skin: Reduces acne, inflammation, and redness
      • Anti-aging: Slows wrinkles by fighting oxidative stress
      • Fat loss: Boosts metabolism → leaner face & jawline definition
      • Eye aesthetics: Reduces puffiness and dark circles
      • Hormone balance: Lowers DHT slightly → helps hair quality
  2. Lunch, 3 Mint Tea:
    • Contains Menthol, flavonoids
    • Benefits from these:
      • Reduces bloating: Flatter stomach = better posture & proportions
      • Hormonal skin benefits: Can slightly reduce excess androgens → less acne
      • Breath & oral aesthetics: Fresh breath = instant social halo
      • Soothing effect: Reduces stress → better skin tone & sleep quality
  3. Night, Lemon and Ginger tea:
    • Contains Vitamin C, gingerols, antioxidants
    • Benefits from these:
      • Skin glow: Vitamin C boosts collagen & brightness
      • Jawline clarity: Reduces water retention and facial bloating
      • Circulation: Improves skin color (less dull, more alive)
      • Gut health: Better digestion → fewer breakouts
      • Immune support: Less sickness = more consistency in looksmax routines

Super softmaxx but wondering if anyone else has looked into this or tried it? Im getting subtle but noticable effects.

W tea stack

Might start drinking tea cause of this i didn't know tea could be so beneficial

Tea is the most cope shit I've ever done jfl
The benefits are definitely minor compared to other maxxs but they all add up. If you have 100 things that are 1% it makes 100% brah

have u personally noticed these benefits?

They have tons of benefits, but the dosages of the useful actives tend to be pretty low and the effects minimal, the ones you notice are likely placebo, at least according to any actual data. I had a tea arc as well , will go back to it tbh, I think it's useful to get used to ingesting useful substances by default and making it a habit even if effects are negligible, I haven't missed my morning electrolyte drink a day in like 3 months but I forgot to my green tea ran out 6 months ago :incel::incel:

I have definitely noticed reduced stress, reduced inflammation and a little less water retention in my cheeks. These are all very minor though. Its 100% stress reducing, I would say this is the biggest benefit.
